LottoStockMarket™
LottoStockMarket
brings buyers and sellers together to trade lottery-pool shares. Funds
from the lottery pool is called LottoStock, sub-divided into shares for
all investors.
LottoStock funds are used to play the daily pick 3 games, using
a proprietary management software
for picking numbers to ensure consistent success.
Investors, worldwide, can trade in LottoStockMarket, because it is an
internet-based trading system that allows buying and selling of shares
on-line.
Unlike the Stock Market, LottoStockMarket may have the potential to
recover lost investments and also increase investments multiple times. It
is unique and maintains the only lottery pool that treats contributions as
'shares'. This way, playing the lottery becomes an investment with the
potential of paying high dividends in the future. Although the software to
pick Mega Game and Power ball numbers is not yet available,
LottoStockMarket will invest in these games on occasions when there are
large payouts.

Why Invest in LottoStock
LottoStockMarket may have the potential of paying huge dividends. Whether
you are interested in the lottery, or just want to take a little risk to
invest in something and make profit in the long run, LottoStockMarket may
be the answer.
Setting Share Value
Share value typically may vary from $10 - $20 per share. However, share
value may decline below the low limit when play loses occur. On the other
hand, share value may rise above the high limit when big wins occur. To
keep share value in range, share split and reverse split may be undertaken
in order to keep the number of outstanding shares manageable and share
prices affordable.
Opening an
Account
Only persons 18 years or older may apply to become shareholders of LottoStockMarket.
Before opening an account, you must first read and accept the
Terms and Conditions. A $15.00 non-refundable
fee is required per account. LottoStockMarket will not allow accounts to be
opened without the purchase of shares.
Buying Shares.
Shares may be purchased on line or by mail at the current share value. The date
of share purchase is not the active date of the share. The active share date is
the date when LottoStockMarket may use the share amount you have invested to
play the lottery; when this occurs the status of your online account will become
active (fully paid and in trading). Where a member already owns shares, new
share purchases will remain frozen until payment is actually collected. At this
time the additional shares purchased will become active. Proceeds from share
purchases are divided equally into the Investor account, Play account and Backup
account respectively.
Selling Shares.
Shareholders may request LottoStockMarket to sell their shares at any time. They
will receive the current share value locked in by LottoStockMarket on the date
and time the request is received. Shareholders will stop receiving investment
dividends (i.e., lottery winnings) on the shares they are selling on and after
the date and time their request are transacted.
Distributing Small Lottery Winnings.
Lottery winnings are divided into four accounts: Investor account, Play account,
Backup account and Company account. Each account will get 25% of the winnings.
The company account belongs to LottoStockMarket.com, and is used for operational
expenses.
Distributing Large Payouts.
When LottoStockMarket makes a successful investment, which results in winning a
big lottery valued at a million dollar or more, funds will be distributed as
follows:
LottoStockMarket will submit the names of
all eligible shareholders to the appropriate state lottery commission.
The state lottery commission will disburse
65% all lottery winnings in accordance with applicable
state laws and LottoStockMarket's distribution plan base on
the number of shares each shareholder holds.
LottoStockMarket will receive 25% of the
payout to be placed in the company account belonging to
LottoStockMarket.com
LottoStockMarket will receive an additional
10% of the payout to be divided evenly (divided into 3 equal parts) and
placed in the shareholders' 'Investor', 'Play' and 'Backup' accounts,
resulting in a potential increase in the share value and price of
Lottostock. Large amount added to shareholders' accounts may
cause the share price to increase beyond the established range
of $10 to $20 thus resulting in stock split to bring the
share price within limit and increase the number of shares.
LottoStockMarket
will receive portions of the payout belonging to foreign investors and remit
them, minus transfer charges, via Western Union.
Prior Notification
Members are notified by email before funds are taken from the "investor account"
to play the lottery when both the 'play account' and "backup account" run out of
money. This situation could occur when there are consistent loses in playing the
lottery.
Calculating Share Value
The current share value is determined by adding the balances in investor, play
and backup accounts, and dividing the sum by the total number of outstanding
shares in the lottery pool.
