                      Frequently Asked Questions

Is LottoStockMarket the same as the U.S. Stock Market?
No. LottoStockMarket is an investment group whose members combine their resources to play state lotteries and share any prize they may win.

How is LottoStock invested in order to generate dividends?
LottoStock funds are used to play the daily Cash 3 or Pick 3 game using a specially developed management software.

How long is a share effective? For instance, if one buys a share for $10, how many games can one be involved in and for how long?
There is no limit on the duration of a share. As long as the share price is one cent or more and LottoStockMarket.com continues to operate, a share can exist indefinitely.

When does a share become effective and when does it expire?
A share may become effective as early as 24 hours after purchase or as late as 7 or more days depending on the method of payment. A share will expire when the share price drops to zero, or when the share is sold.

By when should a share be purchased in order to participate in the next play?
Second business day after purchase with credit card and about 7 days with checks.

What percentage of share purchase proceeds and/or a win will go to the company account?
Other than the $15.00 non-refundable fee required per account for setup,  none of the proceeds from share purchases goes to company account. All proceeds from share purchases go to the lottery pool from which funds are taken to play the lottery. 25% of all wins go to LottoStockMarket.com for operational expenses and profit.

How is a win distributed over share ownership?
75% of all wins go to investor or share ownership account(s). This amount is divided equally over the total number of shares in the lottery pool. Obviously, a shareholder with a large number of shares will get more.

What is an investor account?
An investor account contains 1/4 of all small wins and 1/3 of all proceeds from share purchases. It is the last line account from which funds may be taken to play the lottery when both the play and backup accounts are exhausted, as a result of consistent lottery loses. Shareholders' permission will be sought before any funds are withdrawn from the investor account. Funds in the investor account belong to the shareholders. On those rear occasions when a jackpot is hit, the investor account may have an infusion of 1/3 of 10% of all big wins which will remain in the account for future plays; plus an additional 65% of all big wins which will be distributed directly to shareholders by the state lottery commission. Refer to Terms and Conditions.

What is a play account?
A play account contains 1/4 of all small wins and 1/3 of all proceeds from share purchases. This is the first line account from which funds are taken to play the lottery.  When the play account is exhausted, normally from consistent lottery loses, funds may be drawn from the backup account for subsequent plays. Note that consistent lottery loses may exhaust both the play and backup accounts. In which case, play funds may be withdrawn from shareholders' investor account, of course, with their permission. Funds in the play account belong to the shareholders. On those rear occasions when a jackpot is hit, the play account may have an infusion of 1/3 of 10% of all big wins.

What is a backup account?
A backup account contains 1/4 of all small wins and 1/3 of all proceeds from share purchases. Funds from this account are used to play the lottery when the play account is exhausted. Note that consistent lottery loses may exhaust both the play and backup accounts. Funds in the backup account belong to the shareholders. On those rear occasions when a jackpot is hit, the backup account may have an infusion of 1/3 of 10% of all big wins.

Will investors be able to view and verify play numbers?
Yes. Play numbers will be available for view in the future. Investors will be able to sign into their accounts to view play numbers.

Under what conditions will refunds be made for purchased shares?
Full refund is made before purchased shares become effective. This includes the $15.00 non-refundable fee. After purchased shares are effective, the $15.00 processing fee will not be refunded. However, the entire shares can be sold at the current share price.

Why is pick 3 the only game played and will other games be played in the future?
The management software has been designed for the pick 3 game and will be enhanced for other games in the future. At big payouts, the Mega and Powerball games will be played as well using a test version of the software.

Which state is the pick 3 game played in and will other states' games be played in the future?
Currently Georgia lottery. However, other states' games will be played as expansion takes place.

What will a big win look like?
It will be the day that all investors are dreaming about and waiting for. The sooner it comes the better. Without sparing words, It is hoped that when that win comes it will be so big that the word big is not big enough to describe it. And when it does come, LottoStockMarket would have fulfilled the goal it set for itself to win as much wealth for as many people. "The win is sweeter when it is shared".

What are the risks?
Investors are cautioned that all their investments could be lost if there are consistent successive loses. Investors are advised not to ignore their risk tolerance as they decide to be shareholders of LottoStockMarket.
